Vulcan rules with an iron fist, and is hell bent on expanding the Shi'Ar empire into the galaxy-spanning entity it used to be. Korvus, Lilandra and Marvel Girl are working against him, trying to find the captive Havok, Polaris, Raza and Ch'od, but they haven't had much luck yet.
