How it works
Rent a Case
- Reserve your case. Call or stop by to check current availability and lock in your rate.
- Set up your seller portal. We'll send your personal portal login so inventory and sales are tracked from day one.
- Add & bring in your items. Snap a photo, accept or edit the suggested details, then price and arrange your case.
- We sell, you get paid. Our team handles the sale on the floor; payouts go to your bank via Stripe direct deposit.
- Keep it fresh. Swap out sold pieces and restock anytime.

- Sign up free. Provide a W-9, phone, mailing address, and business name if applicable.
- List from home. Upload photos and details for each item.
- It sells — drop it off. Bring the item to the store within 3 days.
- We verify. TCM inspects it in person and scans it in.

Early-Renter Pricing — Limited Availability
We're filling display cases on a first-come, first-served basis. The earlier you reserve, the lower your locked-in rate — and you'll keep that rate as long as your account stays active, even after prices increase for future renters. Once our cases are full, this pricing goes away for good.

What does it cost?

How is case rent billed?
Monthly case rent is charged automatically on the 15th of each month through your seller portal. Late payments incur a $15/mo late fee, and accounts that are negative 3 straight months are frozen with items held.
When and how do I get paid?
Payouts go to your bank via Stripe direct deposit. Online sales are paid after the buyer has the item. Ask our staff for payout schedule details.
Why do you need a W-9? Will I get a 1099?
A W-9 is required to sign up so payouts can be reported correctly. Ask our staff for details on 1099 forms.
What happens when my online listing sells?
Drop the item off at 8425 W Colfax Ave within 3 days. We verify it in person and scan it in before it goes to the buyer.
How do you handle fakes or items that don't match the listing?
Every online-sale item is verified in person by TCM. A failed verification or a missed drop-off counts as a strike; 2 strikes pauses your account.
Is there a listing limit?
New online sellers can have up to 10 active listings until they complete 3 sales. Case renters are limited only by their case space.
What sells best?
Comics, trading cards, toys, and pop-culture collectibles — the things collectors already visit us for.
Can I change what's in my case?
Yes. Restock, reprice, or rotate your case as often as you'd like.
How do I end my case rental?
Ask our staff for details on minimum term, notice, item pickup, and deposit refunds. Note: early-renter rates stay locked only while your account stays active.
Can TCM just handle everything for me?
Yes — consignment options are also available if you'd rather we handle the whole process. Ask us in store.
