In a last ditch effort, the mystical heroes use Animal Man to change all of Circe's bestiamorphs back to their original forms. Hermes uses the distraction to bring Circe to him for a final battle while Wonder Woman attempts to save her mother and her home island from attack. Circe ends up too powerful for everyone and kills the god Hermes and turns Wonder Woman back into clay.
