Spider-Man tries to help Justin Hammer and his assistant, but Kraven insists on fighting instead. The two face off, Spider-Man avoiding all of Kraven's attacks, and Kraven falling after just one hit from Spider-Man. Spider-Man then gets to say a piece about why he does what he does on live television, before S.H.I.E.L.D. arrives to clean up the mess.
