The Punisher and gangster Grisholm find themselves prisoner to Irish Joe. Both are forced to an underground fight to the death in order to recoup loses incurred by their accidental intrusion last issue. Punisher and Grisholm must once again work together to overcome the situation. But can Frank find it in his heart to thank Grisholm by letting him go instead of killing him?
