When the other Teen Titans leave, the Tower is a lonely place for Kid Devil, who finds himself feeling more and more as though he doesn't belong with the team. In an attempt to cheer himself up, he invites some of the local Teen Titans fans to the tower.
Little does he know that this puts him in contact with one of the Clock King's agents.
