Hearing about the murders of innocent people angers Frank Castle, but when he learns that a village in Mexico was massacred by someone dressed as Captain America, his rage knows no bounds. Unable to allow Captain America's memory to be used this way, and assisted by his partner, Stuart Clarke, he travels into the American South-West to find himself face to face with a new Hate-Monger.
