Of the Outsiders, only Grace is open to th eidea of breaking Black Lightning out of prison. Half the team isn't even sure whether the Red Hood's word can be taken as evidence of his innocence. But when word gets out that his identity in the prison has been compromised, the team is left with little choice if it's to save the life of one of DC's brightest heroes.
