Richard Rider is contemplative, unsure about whether or not he has what it takes to be a Nova Centurian as well as a New Warrior. His introspection is cut short by an attack from unknown agents, and the repeated attacks endanger some of his closest civilian friends. Can he prove he has what it takes, if only to himself?
