"When Evil Stars Begin to Fall" - Hal spots an Earth-like world, filled with cities, but mostly empty of life. He's about to investigate further when Evil Star attacks, powered by yellow radiation that induces evil in all it touches, including Hal.
"Eyes of the Sea" - Penelops is a Green Lantern from an underwater civilization, who finds things getting strangely warm. Upon investigation, he finds his planet's sun is under assault by aliens of some form, and they don't like his interference.
