"The Book of Everything" - Hal leads the new recruits to the Book of Oa, which contains the stories of every Green Lantern, past, present and future. This acts as a framing story for the other tales in the issue.
"Layin' Down The Law" - Hellhole is a lawless world, and every Green Lantern to venture there has been killed. Jack T. Chance is the latest recruit, but he's a local, and has a much more effective style, whether the guardians like it or not.
"And I Shall Shed My Light..." - Alan Scott is fighting the good fight. After a quick recap of his origins and history, he deals with a group of Neo-Nazis.
"Neither a Lender G'nort a Borrower Be!" - G'Nort returns to Earth, only to misunderstand an overheard conversation on the T.V. He finds himself out in the alley, meeting a saxaphone player and getting attacked by a trio in yellow powersuits looking to join the JLA.
"Whatever Happened To Arisia?" - This story reveals what happened to Arisia back on Earth before she was found once again by Hal.
Untitled - Shilandra Thane has been recruited to protect her sector as a Green Lantern, and she decides to start by ending the wars on her home world.
