Following his resurrection in the body of The White Ghost, Ra's al Ghul is furious at Batman for forcing him to reside in such an imperfect body. Renouncing the civility that has characterized their relationship, the Demon's Head declares all-out war on the Batman, to the point of starting up a new base in Gotham City.
