Dazzler and her recently discovered half-sister wake up to smoke and fire. Dazzler is able to orchestrate the escape of the tenants in her building, but they get no sympathy from their landlord. When Dazzler heads out for help, she learns that her landlord planned the fire in an insurance scam, but she gets caughts eavesdropping and must fight for her life against a strong, silent opponent.
