Gladiator is so convinced that Foggy is Daredevil, he leaks it to the press after his capture. The Masked Marauder soon orchestrates Gladiator's release, hoping to join forces with him in the fight against Daredevil. Gladiator, however, has other ideas, but those don't cause complications until the Marauder's thugs have been sent after Foggy.
