Ox's prison cellmate, Karl Stragg, has promised to make him intelligent if he can help the pair escape. He does, and the two head to Mr. Fear's old lab, where Stragg uses the equipment there to trade bodies with Ox, making himself both intelligent and powerful. With that combination, what chance does Daredevil have?
