Catwoman stops Enzo, Vinnie and Jake from beating a loser with gambling debts. She knocks them out, and when they wake up they're tied to chairs in a basement somewhere, and Selina wants to know who ordered the murder of Jackie Dillon, who was dragged from his home and beaten with ball bats. She introduces Mathilda Dillon, Jackie's widow, who will kill them and make it hurt. They give up Barbarossa, a Galante underboss. But Mathilda can't bring herself to kill them, which Catwoman understood but they did not. Barbarossa enters his office to discover it soaked in an accelerant, and his men unconscious on the floor. Catwoman explains that he'll have them walk into police headquarters and confess, and after that Galante stays out of the East End. Or she lights off the office and leaves. She gave them a chance to earn under her rules which they chose to ignore. Barbarossa won't carry that message to Galante, but he does not understand - he IS the message. Catwoman sets off the office and escapes. Soon, a bandages Barbarossa is speaking with Zeiss, whose therapy is maybe 80% complete. Barbarossa tells Zeiss they'll be breaking him out soon because Catwoman has actually made Galante fear for his life. Zeiss is enraged to learn she's still alive...
