Bucky is hunting down Professor Chin, whom he failed to kill as the Winter Soldier, and who is now in possession of the original Human Torch's body. He is hunting with the help of Namor, and the unsolicited help of the Black Widow, who is starting to realize how personal this is to the new Captain America.
