Black Hammer, still on Black Hammer Farm, receives a mysterious visitor, a strange man who is not a man. Elsewhere, the Justice League battles Starro when it, too receives a visitor - the same magical being in two places at the same time! Describing himself as a "travel agent" he arranges for the teams to switch. Now Black Hammer confronts Starro, and meanwhile the Justice League has been on Black Hammer Farm for ten years. And why is Colonel Weird in space, confronting a detachment of Green Lanterns?
