Bullseye has been brought in under guard after stealing nuclear missiles. The casings are found, painted and arranged like playground equipment, while the plutonium within is nowhere to be found. The agents in charge try to keep Bullseye talking, thinking he's on a deadline and will tip his hand and reveal what they want to know.
