Upon learning of the Montesi Formula, an arcane spell that could destroy all vampires on Earth, Dracula invokes his blood hold on Storm. Hearkening to the Lord of the Vampires' call, Storm is tasked with stealing the volume containing this spell.
But other forces are at work, seeking Dracula's ultimate destruction.
