Peter runs into the fake Spider-Man in a bank and easily bests him, proving his own innocence. The fake Spider-Man was just some guy, who thought the suit was a neat gimmick and who was able to create a weaker version of Spider-Man's webbing. The real trouble is at home, with major changes to his relationships with Gwen and Mary Jane.
