Eric's plan to stow away in Ms. Marvel's apartment doesn't work out as well as he'd hoped, as he quickly finds himself back in the middle of a S.H.I.E.L.D. installation, and eventually is drawn into the Mighty Avengers' confrontation with Ultron. In that battle, he soon encounters the Black Fox and Damage Control.
