Mitch Carson has Eric O'Grady in custody, and is revelling in the amount of pain and anguish he is now able to inflict. He would have killed Eric if not for Iron Man's intervention. Eric still has a problem though, in that he had stolen the Ant Man suit in the first place. Of course, he soon realizes that this is only a problem if S.H.I.E.L.D. takes Mitch Carson's reports at face value...
