In order to keep a closer eye on Zod, and to try to work from within to help his people, Kal-El forsakes Earth to make a home for himself on New Krypton. But raised apart from this culture, there are things such as the Guild system that he doesn't agree with. And then there's the matter of Zod, one of his most powerful enemies now in charge of New Krypton's Military Guild. When he refuses to choose a Guild to join, Alura chooses one for him... and it's a choice Kal-El probably won't like.
