The investigation into Mikey Fortunado's killing continues, and takes some unusual turns. Not only did the Hand NOT kill Mikey, the prime suspect in his murder appears to have gotten off the hook in a very unusual way. Unfortunately, the investigators are not in a position to readily share information.
