The battle between Kiba and his wolf brethren and Ikinameh continues. Ikinameh is injured but manages to kill all of the wolves and get the necklace that Iyo was sending to Raika. Raika and Utsuki stumble on the massacre and find one of the necklace beads on Kiba, to which Raika recognizes. Raika and Utsuki then return to the mountain camp to inform Master Roshi. Raika is then forced to battle Master Roshi in order to show his dedication to leave the camp and help Iyo. After beating Master Roshi, Raika, Utsuki, and Otaji leave to find Iyo.
