Back in the mountain camp, Master Roshi tends to the wounds of Otaji, and explains to the rest of the boys at the camp that a war between the two lands surrounding the mountains will soon start. Iyo is meditating when Queen Himiko begins to beat her and is stopped by Raika showing up again. After insulting the queen and running into Kijinohiko again, Raika attempts to escape the palace. However he is soon outnumbered and almost killed when Master Roshi and the boys use a sleep wind and rescue him without any fatalities.
