Madam Hydra leads Fury into a trap, while Dugan, Jones and de Fontaine decide to initiate their own investigation, particularly since de Fontaine has been transferred to the previously secret and remarkably large Delta division of S.H.I.E.L.D. Fury soon puts together the pieces of the plan, and learns exactly what it wanted of him.
