The Hood has returned, empowered by the Norn Stones given to him by Loki. And now, using the stones he's empowering the criminal army he's once again taken control of and sending them out to hunt down the renegade New Avengers.
The Living Laser and the Corruptor corner Steve Rogers and Captain America surveilling the ruins of Steve's old safehouse, while the Griffin and the Mandrill find Spider-Man and Spider-Woman keeping an eye on Avengers Tower.
