Peter and Felicia face off against the new Sinister Twelve, and find themselves in a losing battle. Mary Jane knows enough about Osborn not to trust him, and calls in S.H.I.E.L.D. for support, providing enough reinforcements to get through the fight. Unfortunately, it's not enough to keep Osborn himself pinned down.
