Ultimo has awoken, and so has Warbird. Neither is a force to be trifled with, and while Warbird unleashes her drunken rage on Iron Man, Ultimo attacks those on the ship that was using him for power. When Iron Man finally catches up with Ultimo, he meets Sapper and Golden Blade, who are able to tell him much more about Ultimo's history than he previously knew.
