Jazz is in California waiting for Mordred to fly in as she wants to give him a piece of her mind about China. Elsewhere in South Dakota China meets her daughter whom she hasn't seen in a long time. Back in California Jazz and Mordred meet with the agency that has said they are low on funds and are now making the teams into Vigilantes for organized crime.
