Still feeling that something is off with both him and Gotham, Bruce consults a doctor about his health, then pursues leads on what has changed in Gotham. Meanwhile, representatives of the Orgham family arrive in Gotham, as do Talia and the League of Assassins, leading to a confrontation.
Gordon confronts Urquhart as he attempts to kill Annie and Jonas, but Urquhart, who is possessed by a mysterious power, proves to be too much for Gordon, and the unnamed boy comes to Gordon's rescue.
