Batman heads to London, England to capture a Syraqui diplomat, who is believed to have arranged American war vets killed, but is protected by diplomatic immunity; in England, the diplomat is trying to blow up Parliament on the anniversary of Guy Fawkes attempt of the same but is stopped by Batman.
