The Birds of Prey continue their fight with the Secret Six, even as the newly reawakened Ice threatens to kill them all for her having been murdered. But that isn't the only danger that the teams face... a former Soviet general, responsible for Ice's return to life, has determined that both teams as well as the village they're fighting in must be wiped out.
