Oracles team, working for Spy Smasher has stolen the target from a former Soviet general... a suit of Rocket Red armor. The bigger shock is that inside the armor they find the dead hero, Ice, very much alive. With no explanation from Spy Smasher, the team tries to make it's way to a safe house, pursued by the Secret Six.In the midst of the operation, Oracle finds herself once again pushed aside by her old rival, Spy Smasher.
