Batman finds a woman bound at the Gotham Pier, but not the one he thinks. Instead it's Lilith Rutledge, her sister... whom he's having a romantic relationship as Bruce Wayne. In the middle of a Gotham blackout, the leads are few, and with a romantic relationship this becomes more personal than a normal investigation. Alfred calls Batman's objectivity into question by pointing out that another woman, a servant from the Rutledge household has also vanished, but that Batman isn't pursuing that investigation. Has Batman's ability to work objectively been compromised, and is it affecting his judgement?
