In trying to free Sub Diego from the rule of Black Manta, Arthur and the mayor Cal Durham have fallen into Manta's hands. Distraught at the idea that Orin, the original Aquaman has been killed, Black Manta schedules their execution. Can Arthur's friends and allies put together a plan to rescue him in time to save Sub Diego?
